Crime Description:
Suspect showed up at 0830 at the Den to register as a student. He ended up filling out a paper copy due to online issues. Suspect never went back for advising. Suspect wandered around in the back of the Den going from the mother Lactation room to the all-accessible bathroom across from the Bursar, and to the regular men's bathroom from 0905 to 1513. At 1219, reporting party went into the lactation room (Door partially open) and advised suspect was masturbating. She advised she left and came back 5 minutes later and he was still there. Safety & Security was not notified until 1/22/2026 at 0930. Advised Dean of Students, and application is being put on Dean of Student hold. No further action taken. RC
