Crime Description:
On November 19, 2024, it was reported that a hit and run collision occurred in the parking lot of the cosmo building. A student reported that while she was in class her vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. She noticed the damage to her car when she came out to leave but she had a migraine headache and went home. I advised her that due to the lapse in time that she would need to go to the Kentucky State Police website and fill out a civilian accident report form. Video surveillance was checked, and it was undetermined if the vehicle next to hers made any contact with her vehicle or not. For information the crime that was committed was Leaving the Scene of Accident Failure to Render Aid or Assistance KRS 189.580(1)(A)
