Crime Description:
A homeless male vandalized a 2006 Freight liner truck owned by the KY Fire Commission. The truck was parked in the Fire and Rescue facility parking lot. The subject removed all the major dash components and part of the wiring. The manager at Casey's convenient store, across the road, called BGPD after the subject attempted to buy cigarettes with a gas card that was removed from the Freight liner. BGPD arrived and found the subject naked in the Freight liner. The subject was arrested for public intoxication and criminal mischief 1st degree. The truck will be towed to a local repair shop for an official estimate of repairs.
