Crime Description:
At around 10:29 PM on May 7th, 2024, an incident occurred involving a white homeless individual on the sidewalk along 1st Street. This individual proceeded to gather rocks and threw them at a blue container situated between the Hartford and Seminary buildings, resulting in the window of the container being shattered. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later, the same person was observed breaking another window, this time on the theater building. Later, at approximately 10:48 PM on the same date, while traversing through the alley towards the rear of the theater arts building, the individual collected more rocks and threw them at a window positioned above the first door encountered when turning the corner of the alley. Estimate cost for repair: $2200 Footage will be attatched. Tracking number#: T24002030 from LMPD online police report.
