Crime Description:
On Sunday, May 12, at 1201 am, a b/m covered in a white blanket went to the 1st street door,( closest to the alley), of Theater Arts building. Subject sat down in doorway, began smoking, and set a fire at the outside of the doorway area. Subject walked off and let the fire burn itself out. No response from LMPD or LFD. Fire Marshall report #202441879. Spoke with detective at LFD Arson, no report number given, detective is coming to pick up video of incident.
