Crime Description:
On 2/9/2024 at approximately 11:41 am, JCTC Campus Safety Officer Ray Blincoe removed a subject from the 1st floor lobby area of the Health Science building for being loud and disruptive. Once the subject left property he went to the JEC building, 2nd floor Admissions department, where JEC security was contacted due to the subject being loud and disruptive. Upon JCTC Campus Safety arrival JEC Security contacted LMPD. Subject left JEC building as LMPD was arriving. LMPD had no contact with the subject.
