Student came to Safety & security and advised her electric scooter was missing from the bike rack at CB. Student arrived @ 1218 and went to class. Suspect came up to bike rack from Newtown Pike and removed lock and rode off back toward Newtown Pike @ 1300. Student noticed @ ~ 1347 and came to my office @ 1351 to report. Video footage recorded theft. LPD called and report & video footage given. No further action taken. RC
